What to Expect

The Method

Low-impact, high intensity

Our XFormer's spring resistance system delivers a full-body Pilates workout that's intense on your muscles, and gentle on your joints and spine. Slow, fluid movements. Zero harsh impact.

Personal instruction

Classes are intentionally small. Your instructor provides hands-on form adjustments every session, not generic guidance. Every movement is purposeful, precise, and tailored to you.

Real results

x2o targets your slow-twitch muscle fibers, jump-starting your metabolism, burning fat, and redefining your body composition in just 45 minutes a session.

Your First Visit

Book online or on the app

Create an account and book your first class at any of our three Bay Area locations. The iOS app makes it easy to buy, book, and track classes.

Arrive 10 minutes early

Required for your first class. We'll walk you through the XFormer, learn about your fitness goals, and make sure you're comfortable before the session starts.

Bring grip socks

Grip socks are required to take class. Don't have a pair? We carry ToeSox in studio.

All levels welcome

The XFormer looks intimidating, it isn't. We offer beginner intro classes, and our team-oriented atmosphere makes every fitness level feel right at home.
