What is x2o Studio?
x2o Studio is a high intensity pilates studio with multiple locations across California. At x2o Studio, we believe in fitness for all. Our HIIT pilates-based program is designed to be effective no matter what level you come to us at, offering an unparalleled full body workout for all levels. We strive to strengthen, tighten, and tone the entire body. Our method integrates traditional lengthening and stretching techniques, ensuring a holistic fitness approach that caters to every individual's needs.
When Should I Arrive For My First Class?
Please ensure to arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled session for an orientation. We pride ourselves on delivering an exceptional fitness experience, with your safety being our utmost priority. If you are late for your first class (arriving less than 10 minutes before the start), we may need to reschedule your session to a later date or time. This policy helps us guarantee your safety by providing a thorough overview of the Xformer prior to starting. Additionally, late arrivals can disrupt the ongoing class when the instructor needs to pause to accommodate latecomers, which can be distracting for other participants. This policy is also applicable to new guests who have previously practiced this method at another studio.

Yes, and you can use it to schedule classes, manage your account, payment methods, reservations and much more.
Our user-friendly iphone app facilitates smooth session reservations and class purchases, download it via the Apple app store here. We encourage all members to acquaint themselves with our automated online booking system, accessible through the 'LOCATIONS' tab after selecting a studio location. It's the quickest, simplest, and most precise method for class bookings. Just create a username and password to schedule, purchase, and monitor your visit history. If you've forgotten your password or need further details, feel free to drop us an email. To ensure a XFORMER is available for you, it's always best to reserve your session online.
How Often Should I Take Class?
This workout is crafted to push your muscles to fatigue, after which a rest period is essential. The recovery time required will vary based on your personal fitness level and the intensity of your workout. While we suggest engaging in this workout 3 times per week to ensure ample recovery, some enthusiasts find themselves attending up to four times a week due to the addictive nature of the workout! It's crucial to tune into your body's signals and establish a routine that resonates with you. However, it's advised to limit yourself to one class per day for optimal benefit and safety.
What is x2o Studio's Cancellation Policy?
MEMBERSHIP CANCELATION POLICY:
30 day cancellation notice required for all Memberships, a Member may cancel at any time with thirty (30) business days written notice to hi@x2ostudio.com. Cancellation will be effective at the end of the current Series; no pro-rata refunds are applied. The Membership auto-renews until Member cancels in writing. Members are allowed to place a Hold on their Membership for up to 30-day days once per 12-month rolling period. A Hold request must be submitted to hi@x2ostudio.com. Holds may not be applied retroactively. Member may not sell, assign or transfer Membership/classes. Member must remain current on charges/fees. If Member fails to remain current, Member understands that x2o Studio reserves the right to suspend or cancel Member’s Membership Series. Failure to use the Studio will not relieve Member of the contractual obligation nor are refunds provided.
CLASS CANCELATION POLICY:
The late cancellation window is 12 hours. This means that if you cancel a class less than 12 hours before it starts, you will be charged $15. The 12 hour window is very much in line with other fitness studios in the area. Most days we have multiple classes sold out with waitlists. We want to give people an opportunity to join class - please only sign up if you can make class.
What If I Need To Switch My Class Reservation?
Should you need to change your class (same day reservation only), you can reach out to our front desk either by calling CLICK TO CALL (628 222-5924) or emailing hi@x2ostudio.com. Changes requested 2 or more hours ahead of the original class reservation can be accommodated, subject to space availability.
Will My Spot Be Given Up If I am Late To Class?
Yes, punctuality is crucial out of respect for other clients. Often, clients drop in hoping to fill a spot if someone doesn't show up. If you fail to arrive within 5 minutes of the scheduled class time, your space may be allocated to someone on standby.
What Happens If I No Show A Class?
How old do you have to be to attend x2o Studio?
Class absences / no shows will incur a $20 fee. If its an emergency please call us, we get it life happens and can move you to a diff. class slot. (dont abuse this pls) CLICK TO CALL (628 222-5924)
All clients must be at least 15 years old. Clients between the ages of 15 and 17 require an in-studio signature from a parent or guardian.
