It’s required for you to come 10 minutes before your first class! We’ll explain x2o Studio’s method and the XFormer machine and learn more about you too – let us know if you have any injuries or specific fitness goals.
DO I NEED TO TAKE A BEGINNER’S CLASS?
We get it, the XFormer is a visually intimidating machine. We offer intro/beginner classes. Classes are made for and welcome all fitness level types. Our classes are team-oriented and motivating, and our encouraging atmosphere guarantees optimal fitness results.
